The creative minds behind The Sims 4 game and its expansions have been hard at work since the game’s release last September. First they made Get To Work, where players can be a doctor, detective or business owner interactively. Then there’s Outdoor Retreat, where players can treat their Sims to a vacation away in the woods, settled in a cozy cabin or tent. If outdoors isn’t your cup of tea, Spa Day lets players spoil their Sims with mud baths, special massages and yoga.
And then there’s the stuff packs. Luxury Party Stuff lets players dress their Sims in luxurious clothing and other accessories, and Perfect Patio Stuff allows players to place cool things like hot tubs on their Sims’ properties and enjoy life with friends and family.
In November, The Sims 4: Get Together expansion will allow Sims to enjoy their lives even more than before, because they’ll be able to visit a new place called Windenburg, which has both urban and rural places to experience. Sims can go to bonfires with friends on the rural side or visit pubs on the urban side where they can test out two new skills: the dancing skill and the DJ skill.
Sims will also be able to have walk-in closets in their houses, so changing an outfit will be a fun, daily event rather than a simple one-click character setting. Sims will also be able to create or join social “clubs” where the leader decides what the group likes or doesn’t like, does and does not do.
More information about this expansion will be available in early October.
